The Power of Diversity Mentorship Exchange Program is a non-profit (501c3) organization that pairs-up enterprising college students with Corporate Executives, Business Executives, Civic Leaders and Corporate Management Role Models- designed to encourage a healthy exchange of ideas, viewpoints and productive (mentor/protégé) interaction that will prepare college students to succeed in the corporate workforce, civic community and business climate.

In addition, The Power of Diversity Mentorship Exchange Program conducts and facilitates Comprehensive Cultural Competence (educational) training, workshops and seminars for college student (protégé) members in a proactive effort to instill appreciation & values, awareness, knowledge and skills that will enable (protégé) members to effectively interact and work cross-culturally.

The Power of Diversity Mentorship Exchange Program college student protégé members are enterprising honor-roll college students, ranging from freshmen to graduate level students, who consistently demonstrate superior leadership qualities through scholastic performance, extracurricular activities and community involvement.
