| THE POWER OF DIVERSITY MENTORSHIP EXCHANGE PROGRAM (TPODMEP) Connecting The Present With The Future
The Power of Diversity Mentorship Exchange Program is a non-profit (501c3) organization that pairs-up enterprising college students with Corporate Executives, Business Executives, Civic Leaders and Corporate Management Role Models- designed to encourage a healthy exchange of ideas, viewpoints and productive (mentor/protégé) interaction that will prepare college students to succeed in the corporate workforce, civic community and business climate.
In addition, The Power of Diversity Mentorship Exchange Program conducts and facilitates Comprehensive Cultural Competence (educational) training, workshops and seminars for college student (protégé) members in a proactive effort to instill appreciation & values, awareness, knowledge and skills that will enable (protégé) members to effectively interact and work cross-culturally.

Positively adapt to Diversity and interact with people cross-culturally and 5. Encompass the ability to respond respectfully and effectively to people of all cultures, classes, races, ethnic backgrounds and orientations.

The Power of Diversity Mentorship Exchange Program advisors and mentors are drawn from a wide-range of cultural backgrounds and professional industry areas and are leaders, who possess the experience and professional dynamics to effectively counsel, guide and inspire future generations to achieve success.
The Power of Diversity Mentorship Exchange Program college student protégé members are enterprising honor-roll college students, ranging from freshmen to graduate level students, who consistently demonstrate superior leadership qualities through scholastic performance, extracurricular activities and community involvement. |
